MAPPING NEEDS

The Problem

Teams were painstakingly drawing maps or using generic screenshots because they didn't have a solution that users could easily learn and use. They also lacked innovative ways to visualize location insights to their clients.

Do we understand the situation?

A survey helped us better quantify our users' needs, processes and goals. A matrix help us see the existing tools, which user needs were served by each, and where there were gaps.

Testing solutions 

We created interactive use cases to test with users and share with leadership. The project and platform was approved, and the tools were customized and rolled out over the course of a year. Our work on this continues to this day so that we can adapt the tools and case studies to meet our user, client and stakeholder needs.
